I was at brunch, my all time favorite meal of the week, last weekend and one of my favorite girlfriends turned to me and said, “Brad is boring.” Brad is her boyfriend. And she wasn’t joking. Is there even one guy on planet earth that has never referred to an ex-girlfriend of theirs as crazy? We think not, literally every guy has a "crazy" in his past.
An interesting concept occurred to us the other day over our Saturday morning almond milk lattes. What if that ex-girlfriend really isn't crazy at all? When a guy throws that label on a girl, we all take their word for it. We listen to the stories and are entertained as they rattle off examples to support their case. More often than not, we probably agree that the girl is off her rocker, and even worse when we see or hear about her again, we probably further the word that she is a bit coo-coo.
