From "Staying Alive" to electric grooves, this party has a beat for a guest list that includes Richard Grieco and Real Housewife Vicki Gunvalson and Haylie Duff.  

Vicki Gunvalson of The Real Housewives of Orange County arrived styled out on the pink carpet in Hollywood tonight for Patti Stanger's Birthday Bash. She's famous for her book More Than a Housewife, and we expect to see her prove that tonight as she parties down with Patti's closest friends.

Patti's wearing a Pamela Rowland silver-black ombre sequined dress, which she had custom designed for the affair. Rachel Federoff and Destin Pfaff have proved, over several seasons of Millionaire Matchmaker, that Patti isn't the only matchmaker in the house.
