Today I want us to work through an exercise. I want us to work on an exercise in becoming love. That’s right. I want you to become love. I want you to start really experiencing love energy in its purest form. Today, just for one day, I want you to forget about your search for “the one.”
Just for today, I want you to stop worrying about finding the perfect boyfriend or girlfriend. I want you to do one thing and one thing only. I want you to tell all the people in your life that you love them.
I know you’re probably thinking right now, “I do that all the time.” But in reality, when you break it down, we don’t do it as often as we should. So, I want you to make a list of all the special people in your life, and then I want you to either…
1. Tell them face-to-face you love them
2. If they’re a family member or friend, send them a text if you don’t have the time for a phone call
3. Shoot them an email and tell them
Take the time today to express your love, because in order to find love, you need to be love. You need to express love on a daily basis to everyone you meet. If you do this on a regular basis, you watch the universe start to deliver love into your life almost like magic. It’ll be almost as if you don’t need to look for it, but it seems to find you everywhere you go.
When you allow yourself to love others, to love life, and to love the moment you’re in, the universe is going to give you amazing people to be around. Love attracts love. Negative attracts negative. I want you to think about this today as you express love to everyone in your life.
Think about how it makes you feel. How does it make you feel as a person? Does it put a smile on your face? Guess what happens when you walk around with a smile on your face all day? People want to be around you, because most people walk around negative, wondering why the weather isn’t cooperating, why their boss is angry, or why they can’t get things done.
So, today express love all day to everyone you meet. Granted, you’re not going to tell total strangers you love them, but if your heart is full of love, total strangers will want to be around you, because life is an energetic flow.
Until you understand this powerful principle, you’re never going to find the love you want or deserve. Understanding this principle will allow you to be the person you want to be. It will enable you to find the people you need to be around, and eventually, it will enable you to find that one special person you’ve been searching for.
