Before the big bad Tom Cruise was in Katie’s life, Chris Klein had asked for her hand in marriage. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before the rumors start that they are relighting an old flame. Whether they come true or stay false, the past should stay in the past because relationships usually end for a good reason. First things first: Katie should benefit from a dating detox. After a long relationship ends, it’s important to do some soul searching and make sure that you know what you want next. After her timeout, these three guys should be on her radar.
- James Franco: First, he teaches a class at NYU, which means he’s smart and intellectual. He values that and he is geographically perfect for her. He’s independent, creative, sexy and funny. It’s hard to beat a full package.
- Bradley Cooper: He has deep blue, sexy eyes, speaks French and sits up straight. He practically screams, “I’m a gentleman!” and his East Coast values would suit her well. Plus, he loves smart and savvy girls like Katie.
- Ashton Kutcher: This one could get controversial, but think about it. He’s a great step dad — he proved that with Demi. Plus, he knows what it’s like to live in the fish bowl and he could help her make her fashion line a household name.
Who Katie Holmes should not date next…
She needs to stay away from the religious freaks and the control freaks. Mel Gibson is a true example of this sort of matter.
She should also watch out for the players that date A-listers, but never marry them, and any guy who needs her to make him famous — the Kevin Federline types who don’t work and live off of women.
