Patti Stanger has just arrived to her birthday bash alongside new boyfriend David Krausse. The party, which is taking place right now at Koi restaurant in LA, is chock full of celeb attendees, including Ke$ha, Haylie Duff, LA Laker Matt Barnes and Real Housewives stars Camille Grammer, Brandi Glanville and Gretchen Rossi. Patti's wearing a Pamela Rowland silver-black ombre sequined dress, which she had custom designed for the affair.

Patti Stanger is celebrating her birthday tonight at the Koi Restaurant in Hollywood with her own kind of “Patti cake.” It's a five-tiered cake made by Charm City Cakes West with an upscale lounge vibe. Decorated with white, black and pink icing, it's covered with “Pattisms,” one of which is “Your picker is off.”
