One minute he’s all over you, the next he’s avoiding all contact with you. One moment he’s desperate to see you, the next he’s always too “busy” to see you. What’s going on? Why is he giving you mixed signals, and what can you do when a man gives you mixed signals?
It’s funny because I get these emails from women all the time, asking me, “Why is my guy acting like this?”
So what’s the answer? How do you deal with his mixed signals?
Well the first thing you should NEVER do, is email me asking why he’s doing what he’s doing. I don’t know the guy. I’ve never met the guy. How do I know why he’s behaving like he is? I can give you an idea of why he MIGHT be doing certain things, but without knowing him I can’t give you a guaranteed answer.
The second thing you shouldn’t do is start driving your friends’ nuts about it. Women love to speculate. They love to analyze and break down every word ever spoken between them and their boyfriend. They love to try to figure it out like some kind of murder plot. The truth is it doesn’t matter how many ways you frame things, you’ll never know the real reason the guy is giving you mixed signals.
The only thing your friends can do is to give you placebo advice. They can come up with a reason they think sounds good. Most the time you’ll grab any scrap of advice they give you. It doesn’t matter if it’s right or wrong because at least you have an answer.
If you’ve read my stuff for a while, you’ll know I’m an honest guy. You’ll also know I care deeply for you and your happiness. I also care about the friends you’re driving crazy every time you see them because you don’t stop going on about this man. You should have fun when you’re hanging out. Don’t waste all your social time trying to figure out what a man is thinking.
So here’s what I’m going to do for you…
I’m going to show you exactly what to do when a man gives you mixed signals. Once you know the “secret” you’ll never be left wondering what he’s thinking again. The very moment you’re confused and don’t understand the signals he’s giving you, you’re going to call him up and talk to him about it. That’s right. You’re not going to talk to your friends, and you’re not going to email me. You’re going to tell him you’re picking up mixed signals and you want to know where you stand.
I’ve said it a million times before, and I’ll say it again. Communication is the key to having a great relationship. If you can’t communicate openly and honestly with your partner, you’re going to end up in a whole world of pain. Stop wasting your time guessing what he’s thinking and just ask him!
Sure he may give you an answer you don’t like, but isn’t that better than wasting your time with a man who’s never going to commit?
