Caitlyn Jenner, We Want to Set You Up!
As everyone and their mother knows by now, Caitlyn Jenner debuted her new identity with a jaw-dropping Vanity Fair cover and she looks as fabulous as one would expect. Not only is Caitlyn completely gorgeous with an enviable, glam old Hollywood vibe about her, but her attitude is truly fierce. Her confidence is off the charts and not only that, but she is oozing happiness finally being true to herself. While we’re all for her finally doing her, she’s in such a good, happy place that we can’t help but want to set her up with the perfect match! With Caitlyn’s upcoming Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the 2015 ESPY Awards on July 15th, we wish she would take one of these lovely ladies with her as her date!
Note: Based on her Vanity Fair article and Diane Sawyer 20/20 interview, Caitlyn Jenner has made it known that she identifies as a transgender woman, and has never been sexually attracted to a man. As such, we’ve come up with these potential matches according to her sexual preference towards women. In a perfect world, these eligible bachelorettes would all be single and ready to mingle with Caitlyn, but we can’t help but imagine some other too-perfect matches with ladies who have already been snatched up.
Mariah Carey
Though she hasn’t identified as being attracted to women, we think Mariah Carey is sexually open enough to make it work with Caitlyn Jenner. Plus: Mariah’s now on match.com, meaning she’s ready and looking for a new relationship. We think Caitlyn would be perfect for the singer, given her many years of diva-training living with the Kardashian Klan. Looks obviously aren’t everything but you have to admit, they would make a gorgeous couple!
Maria Bello
While Caitlyn is finally and confidently embracing the gender and sexuality labels she kept under wraps for so long, actress Maria Bello made waves during a recent TED Talk by rejecting all labels entirely. She’s currently in love with her best friend – a woman – but doesn’t want to limit herself by identifying as gay (she was previously married to Dan McDermott). Though she isn’t technically available, we think these two ladies would hit it off, and have some profound discussions about what it means to identify as a woman in love with other women.
Jodie Foster
Like Caitlyn, actress Jodie Foster came out in a very big, very public way, announcing that she was gay at the 2013 Golden Globe awards. Jodie is also no stranger to the chaos of fame that Jenner is quite familiar with; she’s been acting since the late 1960s – even before Bruce Jenner’s* olympic career began. Though she’s another already-coupled up lady on our list, we think Jodie and Caitlyn would make quite the power couple!

Dr. Marci Bowers
Though not a celebrity of Kardashian/Jenner status, Dr. Bowers is known as a superstar in the medical and transgender communities. Not only does she identify as a transgender woman, she was the first transgender woman to perform a sexual reassignment surgery, and now completes over 100 such surgeries each year. Though she’s already coupled up, too (like all the good ones always are!), we could see this match working well!
Margaret Cho
Not only is Margaret Cho open sexually, but her marriage is open, too. Margaret identifies as a bisexual woman; she has an open marriage with husband Al Ridenour and is sexually attracted to both men and women. Caitlyn has clearly been dealing with some stress lately, between years of hiding her real sexuality to finally coming out and coming to terms with her identity, and Margaret’s comedic talents would bring some much needed lightheartedness and fun to Caitlyn’s life!
Kim Zolciak
Kim Zolciak, of Real Housewives of Atlanta fame, has previously identified as bisexual and has had relationships with both men and women, so we know she’d be open to this pairing. Given that they’re both veterans of reality fame, we’re sure they’d never run out of things to talk about. And just think of the reality spinoff series!
