Don’t try to corral everyone’s interests. With Neptune powerful, they’ll only meander. Give colleagues a few days to clue in.
It’s hard to know what’s what when you keep waiting to hear what you want to hear. Put preconceived notions aside and listen to what’s being said.
It isn’t easy drawing the line but if you don’t then you’ll only have to draw it again in the future. Be firm, not squiggly.
