Ladies, sit down, relax, and pay attention, because I’m about to show you how to avoid any more dating stress and anxiety. I’m about to show you how to avoid the trap of relationship expectations. But what are relationship expectations, and how do you know if you have them?
Well, let’s say you start dating a new man. He’s amazing in every way imaginable. You start to think to yourself. “I can’t believe how lucky I am. He’s amazing. This is the perfect relationship for me.” Read more
Last week we focused on how despite having great chemistry with someone, there are still dating behaviors that could keep you from moving forward to date number two. This week, let’s take a more positive approach and look at the top 10 ways to make sure you get asked on that 2nd date. Read more
Dear Emily,I am 28 years old and I got married 5 years ago. I had never had sex before my marriage. I love my husband and we usually have sex twice a week. He always reaches orgasm and is always very happy, however, from the first time we had sex in our relationship, I’ve been unable to reach internal orgasm through intercourse. He always helps me reach orgasm by stimulating my clitoris with his hand. I reach my orgasm, but it doesn’t make me feel fully satisfied and I don’t like it. I like to reach orgasm internally, and reaching orgasm by his hand leaves me with the same feeling of masturbation. We’ve tried many different positions, but we haven’t been able to find an answer. Please help! Thanks a lot in advance, look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Molly

In my last blog I wrote about common myths about cheating. Research indicates that infidelity is on the rise, with more relationships being affected by it. You can’t tell if your partner is cheating based on just one piece of evidence, but you can look for a pattern of behavior that’s different from the norm in your relationship. Read more

I have a big group of friends, so the truth is that it’s always a mix of relationship statuses. But, there’s always a disconnect between women in relationships and single women. Whenever I’m in a relationship, I feel closer to my friends in relationships. And when I’m single, I feel closer to my friends who are single. I think it’s because single girls and relationship girls just misunderstand each other sometimes. So, in order to help bridge that gap, here are six things single girls always misunderstand about relationship girls. Read more
While I don't consider jogging on side-by-side treadmills at your local gym the definition of romance, it is possible to get your sweat on while on a date. Taking a fitness class together is a great date idea, as it allows you to get to know each other in a low pressure environment--no awkward silences here! It's also a good test to see if you can relax and have fun together without worrying about how you look because nobody looks perfect and sexy at all times when they are working out . Not all fitness classes are ideal for couples though, so instead of inviting your crush to an advanced Crossfit class, consider these more date-friendly options instead. Read more
